摘  要:为了探索将城市生活垃圾焚烧飞灰用于沥青路面的适用性,采用综合热分析仪、扫描电镜、比表面积和孔径分析仪等手段对飞灰热性能、表观形貌、比表面积和孔径进行表征;其次分析飞灰沥青混合料路用性能及其影响因素;最后,研究飞灰沥青混合料重金属浸出性能。结果表明:飞灰在沥青混合料各种施工温度下,热稳定性良好、热失重小;飞灰表面多微孔,比表面积、孔径、孔容均比矿粉大,易于吸附沥青组分;飞灰沥青混合料路用性能与飞灰物化特性息息相关,其中水稳定性能最为敏感,与飞灰多微孔及其组分中含有的可溶盐、遇水反应体积膨胀物有关;飞灰经水解提前释放膨胀损伤力后,飞灰掺量(质量分数)2%的沥青混合料路用性能均满足规范要求;飞灰沥青混合料重金属浸出种类及浸出毒性大大降低,除飞灰掺量4%、5%的试件中Pb的全阶段浸出浓度加和超过饮用水标准外,其余均低于饮用水标准,显示出飞灰在沥青路面中的应用对其重金属浸出具有较好的抑制作用。In order to explore the applicability of municipal solid waste incinerator fly ash in asphalt mixture,the thermal property,apparent morphology,specific surface area and pore diameter of fly ashes were characterized by using simultaneous thermal analyzer,scanning electron microscope,surface area and porosimetry analyzer;the pavement performances and its affecting factors of fly ash asphalt mixture were analyzed;the leaching performances of heavy metals from fly ash asphalt mixture were researched.The results show that fly ashes in asphalt mixture present excellent thermal stabilities and small heat weightlessness in all kinds of construction temperature;fly ashes with millions of tiny pores on their surfaces,which have bigger specific surface area,pore diameter and pore volume than mineral powders,are easy toabsorb asphalt components;the pavement performances of fly ash asphalt mixture are tied to physical and chemical properties of fly ashes in which the most sensitive is the water stability,and are related to fly ash's microporous properties,soluble salts and components which expand when countering with water microporous;after reacting with water and releasing detrimental volume expansive force,the pavement performances of asphalt mixture with 2% fly ashes all meet the code requirements;the leaching kinds and toxicities of heavy metals from fly ash asphalt mixture are significantly reduced.Except that leachings of Pb in the whole stage from asphalt mixture with 4% and 5% fly ashes are slightly higher than drinking water standard,others are under drinking water standard,which indicates that fly ash asphalt pavement can obviously inhibit the leaching of heavy metals in fly ash.
