摘　　要：金陵女子大学是我国近代高等教育史上影响最大、办学最具特色的女子大学,在国内外享有很高的声誉。挖掘其在中国近代性别文化激烈冲突时期的办学过程,必将对发展高等教育、特别是发展女子高等教育具有重要的现实意义。从个人层面性别冲突来看,金陵女子大学培养出高素质的女性知识分子,增强了女性群体意识;从家庭层面性别冲突来看,金陵女子大学学生打破"贤妻良母"式的传统期待角色,作为职业女性立足于社会;从社会层面性别冲突来看,金陵女子大学勇于面对社会各方面的挑战,在争议中坚持女性特色办学。Ginling Women＇ College is the most influential and unique women＇s university in the modern history of higher education in China,enjoying a high reputation both at home and abroad. To explore its characteristics during the fierce conflict in Chinese modern gender culture is of great realistic significance for the development of higher education,especially for the development of women＇s higher education. From the personal level of gender conflicts,Ginling Women＇s College cultivates the highly qualified female intellectuals,and enhance the consciousness of women groups; from the family level,the Ginling female students break the ＂ wife and mother＂ type of traditional role expectation,and play the role of professional women based on the community; from the social level,Ginling Women＇s College faces all kinds of social challenges,and adheres to the female characteristics of running a college among various disputes.
