互联网时代党的意识形态领导权的实现

摘　　要：要实现党的意识形态领导权必须满足三个必要条件:具有理性权威的意识形态理论体系、合理有效的意识形态传播、充分印证意识形态理论内容的政治实践。在互联网时代,意识形态理论体系的权威受到挑战,意识形态传播机制与网络化时代要求不相适应,政治实践与党的意识形态理论内容间存在的反差,影响了党的意识形态领导权的实现。基于此,需要创新意识形态话语体系以扩大网络影响,保障意识形态的理性权威;充分考虑互联网时代意识形态传播主体、途径、方法的新变化,赋予其新的内容和要求,保障意识形态传播的有效性;改善网络政治生态,实现意识形态理论内容与政治实践的契合。The fulfillment of the Party's Ideological leadership must meet three requirements: Ideologicaltheoretical system with rational authority, reasonable and effective dissemination of ideology and politicalpractice of fully confirmed content of the theory of ideology. In the Internet era, the theoretical system ofideological authority is being challenged.In addition, mechanism of ideology spreading is legged behind inthe network era,which severely hamper the process to fulfill the Party's ideological leadership. Innovationof our ideology authority system is needed to expand our influence and ensure our authority in the fieldof ideology. New changes in Ideological communication subjects,approaches, methodologies and the newcontent of and requirement for ideology should be taken into full account in order to ensure theeffectiveness in the spread of ideology, improve the cyber political ecology and finally reconcile thecontent of ideology theory and political practice.
