摘　　要：分析酒钢大棒线冷床裙板运行存在的问题,提出裙板制动器设备的具体设计方案。将此裙板制动器应用在棒材生产中,成功解决了倍尺头追尾后冷床跑钢、尾钢窜钢、小规格轧件对齐难的问题。This paper analyzes the problems existing in the operation of JISCO stick line cooling bed apron board, puts forward the concrete design scheme of apron board brake equipment. This apron board brake is applied in bar production, which successfully solves the problems of steel running from bed, tail steel channeling steel, small specification alignment.
