摘 要:为评价热处理温度和时间对木材脆性的影响,在170~230℃范围内对马尾松木材进行2~8 h的热处理,并进行静态弯曲试验。结果表明,木材脆性增加的主要原因是其塑性下降;未处理材无脆断现象,而热处理木材在230℃处理6 h及以上时,超过50%的试件发生脆断。处理温度每提高30℃及处理时间从2 h延长到4 h时,对木材脆性变化影响显著。To evaluate effect of heating temperature and duration on brittleness properties of heat treated masson pine (Pinus massoniana), the specimens were treated at temperatures between 170 ℃ to 230 ℃ and heating duration between 2 to 8 hours, then subjected to a static bending test. Results revealed that the main reason for brittleness increase was reduced plasticity. In contrast, elasticity of heat treated samples was hardly affected. Brittleness of untreated masson pine was 22.26%, and increased to 33.64%-89.01% after heat treating. No brittle failures of the control specimens were observed, while more than half the specimens showed brittle failures when treated at 230 ℃ for 6 or more hours.
