摘  要:采用气流成网并结合热风粘合法制备了4种不同混比的香蒲绒及木棉高蓬松絮片,测试评价了絮片的吸油性能。结果表明:香蒲绒集合体对植物油的吸收性能良好。木棉/ES集合体的吸油倍率最高,为72.3g/g,香蒲绒/ES集合体的吸油倍率最低,为48.4 g/g。4种集合体对植物油的保油率都在85%以上。4种试样对植物油的除油效果都在90%以上,香蒲绒集合体的油水选择性大于木棉集合体的油水选择性。Four different ratios of cattail and kapok high-loft wadding were prepared by adopting air laying web and hot air bonding process and the wadding 's oil absorbencies were tested and evaluated. The results showed that the cattail fiber aggregate had high adsorption capacity. The oil absorbency of Kapok / ES( 80 /20)aggregate was 72. 3g / g,the highest one while that of Cattail / ES( 80 /20) aggregate was only 48. 4 g / g,the lowest one. The oil deposit rates of these four aggregates were above 85%. The removal effects of these four aggregates on vegetable oil were more than 90%. Oil-water selectivity of cattail aggregate was larger than that of kapok aggregate.
