摘 要:利用等离子体对Tencel织物进行预处理,然后使用TiO_2/SiO_2凝胶对织物进行自清洁整理,以提高Tencel织物的自清洁性能。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、视频光学接触角测量仪、电脑测色配色仪和紫外可见近红外分光光度仪对织物的表面形态、亲水性、自清洁性和防紫外性进行了表征。K/S值的下降表明等离子体处理能够降低污渍在织物表面的上染,ΔE值的显著提高显示不仅经过等离子体预处理的织物自清洁性能得到显著提高,UPF值的增加表明等离子体预处理织物的紫外性能得到提高。Tencel fabric was pretreated by plasma and self-cleaned and finished by using TiO_2/ SiO_2 gel in order to improve self-cleaning property. By using scanning electron microscopy( SEM),contact angle measuring instrument,Datacolor 650 and UV-VIS-NIR Spectrophotometer,the surface morphology,hydrophilicity,selfcleaning property,anti-ultraviolet performance of fabric were characterized. The decease of K / S value showed that plasma treatment could lower the dyeing of dirt on the surface of fabric,the apparent increase of ΔE value showed that the self-cleaning property of the fabric was improved greatly and the increase of UPF value indicated that the anti-ultraviolet performance of the fabrics was improved.
