摘  要:无盐无碱染色既可以提高染料利用率,又能减轻印染废水处理压力,有利于实现清洁化生产。采用色媒体对菠萝纤维/棉混纺织物进行改性,讨论了色媒体用量、改性温度和改性时间等因素对无盐无碱活性染料染色效果的影响,选择合适的改性方案,并通过正交试验选出最佳的色媒体改性工艺:色媒体用量5%(o.w.f),改性温度50℃,改性时间30min。Dyeing without salt and alkali can not only improve the utilization rate of dye,but also can reduce the pressure of dyeing wastewater treatment,which is helpful to achieve clean production. Color media was used to modify Pineapple fibers / cotton blended fabric,the impact of dosage of color media,modified temperature and time on the effect of dyeing with reactive dye free from salt and alkali was discussed,the proper modification plan was selected and the optimal color media modified process was chosen through orthogonal experiments: dosage of color media was 5%( o. w. f),modified temperature was 50℃ and modified time was 30 mins.
