摘 要:研究了充分湿润与淹水栽培对设施土壤养分和土壤酶活性的影响以及土壤酶活性与养分含量之间的关系。结果表明:充分湿润和淹水栽培对土壤养分含量影响的差异不大,均会使0~40 cm土层土壤速效磷、钾含量和0~20 cm土层硝态氮含量小幅下降;两种水作后期0~10 cm土层有机质含量均略有增加,0~20 cm土层土壤有机质含量均在20g/kg以上;两种水作均会降低土壤酶的活性,但充分湿润栽培对土壤酶活性的影响较小。相关分析发现,土壤硝态氮、速效磷、速效钾、有机质含量与土壤脲酶、蔗糖酶、磷酸酶活性之间密切相关。The experiment was undertaken to study the effect of full wettish cultivation and waterlogging cultivation on facility soil nutrient content and soil enzyme activities,and the relationship between soil enzyme activities and nutrients. The results showed that the difference in the impact of full wettish and waterlogging cultivation on soil nutrients was small. Two kinds of watersubmerging-cultivation would reduce soil available P and K content in 0 ~ 40 cm soil layers and nitrate-N content in 0 ~ 20 cm soil layers. Soil organic matter content increased slightly in 0 ~ 10 cm soil layers,and soil organic matter content in 0 ~ 20 cm soil layers were more than 20 g / kg,achieving a moderate or high level. Both water-submerging-cultivation could reduce soil enzyme activities,but wettish cultivation had a smaller effect on them. Correlation analysis showed that nitrate-N,available P and K and organic matter content were closely related to soil urease,sucrase and phosphatase activities.
