五老峰国家森林公园体育旅游环境游客满意度测评

摘　　要：作为体育旅游者重要的活动场所,旅游景区的体育旅游环境会对体育旅游者的旅游活动产生重要的影响。笔者以永济五老峰旅游环境为研究对象,采用问卷调查、因子分析等研究方法,对五老峰国家森林公园旅游环境、游客满意度进行测评。结果显示:登山旅游者对五老峰体育旅游环境总体满意度较高,旅游者对五老峰旅游环境关注程度依次为体育旅游设施、景区自然资源条件、旅游景区整体形象、旅游安全和服务。建议继续改善体育项目规划设置,提高五老峰景区体育旅游的特色化、专业化、标准化服务水平,更好地满足体育旅游者的期望。As the crucial place for sports, the sports tourism enviroment always influence in tourists＇ movement. The author, by taking the Wulaofeng tourism scence in Yongji City as the research target, using ques- tionair and factor analysis, measures the tourists＇ sactisfaction on the environment of National Forest Park. Results show that, the mountaineers were satisfacted generally with the tourism environment at higher degree; the tourists atteehed focus on the following aspects in proper order： the sports equipment, national resurces in the scenicv spot; overall image of the scenic spot ; tourism safety and service. This thesis put forward suggestions like to improve the design of sports project, which can build a specific and professional standard service level to meet touriswts satisfaction.
