摘  要:"教体融合"在主体、管理模式以及运行机制上区别于"教体结合"。"教体融合"有利于提高人才培养目标的长远性,有利于强化人才培养主体的协调性,有利于体现人才培养对象的多元性,有利于提高人才培养过程的科学性。从"体教结合"发展到"教体融合",是我国高校竞技体育发展的新模式。因为,"教体融合"不仅是体育教育领域实现"中国梦",实现我国竞技体育科学发展的需求,而且是内化竞技体育强国的成功经验,突破"教体结合"体制性障碍的需要。我们应积极探索"教体融合"的有效路径,形成具有自身教育特色的竞技体育人才培养机制。The management mode and operating mechanism of "Integration of Education and Training" are different from "Combination of Education and Training". The "Integration of Education and Training" is beneficial to improving the long-term and the coordination of the main body of the talents cultivation, and beneficial to the diversity of the object, and it is helpful to improve the scientific nature of the training process. Turning from "Combination of Education and Training" to "Integration of Education and Training" is the new mode of Chinese Universities' sports development, as the "Integration of Education and Training" is not only the realization of the "Chinese dream" in the field of physical education, but also the successful experience of Chinese sports, and the need to break through the barriers of the "teaching body with the combination of teaching". We should actively explore the effective path of the "Integration of Education and Training", and form the mechanism of the cultivation of competitive sports talents with the characteristics of their own education.
