摘　　要：我国农村土地实行集体所有制,作为社会主义土地公有的一种重要形式,它对国家政权的巩固和社会经济的发展发挥了重要作用。但随着市场经济体制的逐步建立,土地集体所有制这一重要的法律制度在实践的运作中产生了一些列的问题,暴露出理论上的不成熟性。本文从分析我国现行土地集体所有制主体的缺陷入手,对土地集体所有制主体属性和组织结构等问题进行初步探讨。Collective ownership is applied inrural lands in China, as an important form of socialist public owner- ship of land, it plays an important role in the consolidation of the state political power and the development of so- cial economy. However, with the gradual establishment of the market economic system , this system has produced a series of problems in practical operation due to the theoretical immaturity. Based on the analysis of the drawbacks of collective ownership in the current system, the article preliminarilyexplores the problems such as the attributeof subjects and the structure of organization.
