摘  要:目的调查了解新疆不同举办主体社区卫生服务中心的人力资源现状。方法采用基线调查的方法,调查新疆地区159个不同举办主体的社区卫生服务中心卫生人力的数量及其构成、学历和职称分布。结果(1)不同举办主体的社区卫生服务中心人员构成均以注册护士为主,政府举办高达33.89%;(2)学历构成以大专学历为主,政府举办为45.53%;(3)初级职称人员所占比例最高,政府举办最高为65.82%。结论新疆不同举办主体的社区卫生服务中心均拥有较为充足的卫生人力,但卫生技术人员的业务素质有待提高、专业结构需要调整、人力资源配置需要改善。Objective To investigate the status quo of human resources in community of health service center in Xinjiang and to compare the hierarchy of Community Health Service Center personnel in different subjects.Methods The number,degree and title of the health workforce,totaling 159,were surveyed using baseline survey in the community health service center in Xinjiang area.Results(1)Registered nurses accounted for the majority in the community health service center,up to 33.89%in the community organized by government;(2)college education accounted for the majority in the community organized by Government,up to 45.53%;(3)preliminary title personnel accounted for the highest proportion,up to65.82%in the community organized by government.Conclusion The community health service center has aplenty of health manpower,health technical personnel′s professional quality left to be improved,professional structure needs to be adjusted,the allocation of human resources also needs to be improved.
