摘 要:超声导波检测是近年来发展起来的无损检测新方法,对于焊缝等特征部位检测具有广阔的应用前景,但是目前国内外用于焊缝探伤的专用导波传感器仍不多见。因此,在现有横波探头的基础上,基于特征导波原理,设计了一套适合焊缝检测的激励、接收传感器。经性能测试,所设计的传感器能实现焊缝导波的有效激励和接收,保证所激励模态的单一性和回波信号的高反射率,为导波技术在焊缝无损检测中的真正应用提供了条件。Ultrasonic guided-wave testing is a new nondestructive testing method developed recently,which has broad application prospects for weld testing,while there are rare special guided wave transducers for weld inspection at home or abroad. In this paper,a set of exciting and receiving transducer for weld detection was designed on the basis of shear wave probe according to feature guided wave. Finally,its performance was tested,which showed that it can excite and receive signal effectively with few-mode and high reflectivity. It is beneficial for the real application of guided wave technology in weld nondestructive testing.
