摘 要:压电激振器是超声导波无损检测应用中的关键部件,针对激振器对压电驱动电源高带宽和大功率的要求,设计并研制了一种基于高压运放MP108的压电陶瓷驱动电源。采用直接数字频率合成技术产生信号源,信号经过前级放大和滤波后输入到高压运放电路驱动压电陶瓷。分析了大功率驱动电源的散热问题,指出驱动电源散热片到空气的最大热阻为1.1℃/W。实验结果表明,当负载为10 nf时,驱动电源在10~300 k Hz的频带范围内能够实现100Vp-p的放大输出,基本满足超声导波压电激振器的驱动要求。Piezoelectric actuator is the critical component in ultrasonic guided wave detection. As the piezoelectric actuator demands high power and high bandwidth driving power,a piezoelectric driving power based on high-voltage amplifier MP108 was designed and developed. The signal source was generated by direct digital frequency synthesis technique then amplified and filtered before sent to the high-voltage amplifier. Thermal dissipation of the driving power was analyzed and the maximum thermal resistance from the heat sink to air is 1. 1 ℃ / W. The experiment verifies that the driving power can output 100 Vp- pin bandwidth from 10 k Hz to 300 k Hz when the load is 10 nf,which can satisfy the request of the ultrasonic guided wave piezoelectric actuator.
