摘　　要：批量生产过程在现代工业生产过程中已占有重要的地位。在ISA S88标准中所定义的适用于批量生产的相关术语的基础之上,以单抗药物生产过程作为实例,利用艾默生过程管理公司的Delta V系统批量控制软件在该生产中实现配方的具体应用,实现应用于单抗药物大规模生产的DCS批量控制系统设计。Batch production has played a more and more important role in modem industrial activities. Based on the terminologies defined and used in the standard ISA $88, in this article, with antibody production as an example, the application of Emerson Process Management DeltaV batch control software in the realization of recipe in the production was presented, which implements the design of batch control system applied to life science program.
