基于游客认知的乡村旅游目的地安全现状调查——以湖南省为例

摘　　要：近年来,随着促进乡村旅游发展的利好政策出台,我国乡村旅游发展迅速。然而,乡村旅游目的地由于所处地理、历史、经济、社会人文环境的复杂性,其安全问题一直受到游客的关注。通过对湖南省乡村旅游目的地安全现状的调研,借助综合安全指数评估了湖南省乡村旅游目的地整体安全水平,并比较了湘西、湘东、湘南和湘北四大片区乡村旅游目的地的安全水平。借助IPA法分析了乡村旅游目的地亟待解决的主要安全问题,为建设平安乡村旅游目的地提供建议。In recent years, with favorable pohcy to develop rural tourism,it has been developing rapidly in China. However,due to the geographical,historical, economic, social and cultural environment of rural tourism destinations, its security problem has always been visitors＇ top concern. Through an investigation on the current safety situation of rural tourism destinations in Hunan province, this paper evaluates the overall safety level of Hunan rural tourism destinations with comprehensive safety index, and compares four main areas＇ security level of rural tourism destinations-South Hunan, North Hunan,West Hunan and East Hunan areas. Through using IPA method to analyze the main safety problems which should be solved urgently in rural tourism destinations, the paper provides suggestions for constructing safe rural tourism destinations.
