摘　　要：中国与蒙古交界地区,早前寒武系—新生界分布广泛,地层划分系统差别较大。根据近年来内蒙古地层年代划分研究成果,初步对中蒙边界中东段蒙古地层岩石、化石进行了整理与划分,并以中国出露的地层为参照,进行中蒙边界中东段地层划分与对比。结果表明,中蒙边界中东段地层具有连续性,可以统一划分对比。In the Sino-Mongolian border area,the Early Precambrian-Cenozoic strata are widely distributed but assigned to different stratigraphic classification systems. Based on the research results of Inner Mongolian strata obtained in recent years,the authors arranged the rock assemblages and fossils of Mongolian strata,carried out stratigraphic division and correlation of the strata in the mideastern part of Sino-Mongolian border area in the light of strata exposed within China＇s territory. The results show that the strata are continuous,and hence their unified division is practical.
