摘　　要：目的了解公立医院80后医务人员职业道德现状,为医院管理者进行医院文化建设和人力资源管理提供建议。方法采用网络问卷调查的方式对广州市某三甲医院100名80后医务人员的职业道德情况进行问卷调查。结果该院80后医务人员整体职业道德状况尚好,但该群体对整个医疗行业职业道德的现状比较担忧;医务人员的付出与收入失衡是造成医务人员职业道德失范的原因之一;职业道德教育不够深入,覆盖面不足。结论 80后医务人员是医院的中坚力量,在人才梯队中占据重要的位置,如果没有清晰的职业发展规划和职业道德观,势必对未来医疗卫生事业的发展造成影响,医院管理者和卫生行政部门要注意正面引导,要加快医药卫生体制改革,完善医院管理体制和薪酬制度改革,从根本改变医务人员职业道德现状。Objective To understand the professional ethics of after 80 generations medical staff in public hospitals,and to provide suggestions for the hospital management to carry out the hospital culture construction and human resource management. Methods Using the method of network questionnaire survey to conduct on the professional ethics of 100 medical staff in a tertiary hospital in Guangzhou. Results The after 80 medical personnel overall professional ethics situation is still good,but the group for the entire medical profession ethics of the status quo is more worried. The imbalance between the pay and the income of the medical staff is one of the reasons that cause the disorder of the professional ethics of medical staff. Professional ethics education is not deep enough,the coverage is insufficient. Conclusion The after 80 generations medical personnel is the backbone of the hospital,in the talent echelon occupy an important position,if not a clear career development plan and professional ethics,is bound to the development of future health care,hospital administrators and health administrative departments should pay attention to positive guidance,to speed up the reform of the medical system,improve the hospital management system and pay system reform,from a fundamental change in medical personnel professional ethics.
