微时代高校二级学院院务公开工作刍议

摘　　要：院务公开作为高校加强民主政治建设和实现学院管理现代化的客观要求,已经得到各高校的高度重视和普遍实施。但随着微时代的全面到来,院务公开工作面临着新的机遇与挑战。文章在分析微时代特点的基础上,尝试多层次、全方位对院务公开面临的全新机遇与挑战进行剖析,并提出微时代做好高校二级学院院务公开工作的新要求。The publicity of college affairs is the requirement of times to establish a democratic politics, which has been emphasized by universities. But with the approaching of micro-times, such a publicity is facing a new challenge. The paper, based on the analysis of characters of the micro-times, attempts to have a thorough discussion about the chances and challenges which the publicity of college affairs meet so as to do the work better.
