双乌镇痛液外用治疗多发性骨髓瘤骨痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察双乌镇痛液外用治疗多发性骨髓瘤骨痛的临床效果。方法选取50例多发性骨髓瘤骨痛患者作为研究对象,所有患者均进行双乌镇痛液外用治疗,观察治疗后的临床效果。结果 50例患者中,显效29例,有效15例,无效6例,总有效率为88.0%;对比患者治疗前与治疗后的临床症状情况,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双乌镇痛液外用治疗多发性骨髓瘤骨痛的临床效果显著,可有效缓解骨痛症状。Objective To observe the clinical effect of shuangwu analgesic liquid for the treatment of multiple myeloma bone. Methods 50 patients with multiple bone marrow tumor bone pain were selected. as the objects of study. All patients were given shuangwu analgesic liquid topical treatment. To observe the clinical effect of the treatment. Results In 50 cases, 29 cases were markedly effective, 15 cases were effective, 6 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 88%. Compared with the clinical symptoms before treatment, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion the clinical effect of Shuangwu analgesic liquid in the treatment of multiple myeloma bone pain is significantly, which can effectively alleviate the symptom of pain. It is worth popularization and application.
