摘  要:在中小学校,来自教师的心理伤害比较普遍、隐蔽,不易被人觉察。一旦学生受到心理伤害,往往是长期的,难以消除,直接影响其学习兴趣与人格发展。教师特殊的地位、自身素质、教育理念与心理健康水平等导致其教育教学行为失当、造成学生心理伤害的重要原因。只有通过社会、学校及教师自身的共同努力,改善教育教学条件,有效降低教师压力、提高教师素质等措施,才能有效降低师源性心理伤害的发生。In primary and secondary school,it is widespread and unware that students get a psychological hurt from teachers' improper education. The psychological harm usually have a long- term impact and difficult to eliminate. It will directly impact on learning interest and personality development. The main reasons of psychological hurt are teacher ' s special status, their educational philosophy and mental health. To avoiding such psychological harm,it is needed that teacher,school and society work together to improve school instructional conditions,reduce teacher' s pressure and improving teachers self- quality.
