摘 要:为了减小圆锥滚子母线与滚道的接触应力,以31313圆锥滚子轴承为对象,在考虑圆锥滚子轴承载荷随机性的基础上,以圆锥滚子母线与滚道的接触应力最大值为响应值,以凸度量为设计变量,构建滚子与滚道的接触应力最大值的Kriging模型.在此基础上,以构建的Kriging模型为目标函数,建立圆锥滚子凸度量优化模型.应用多岛遗传算法对凸度量进行寻优计算,得到优化的凸度量.结果表明:与传统的优化方法相比,优化得到的凸度量能显著降低圆锥滚子母线与滚道的最大接触应力值.In order to reduce the contact stress between the generatrix of the tapered roller and its track,the 31313 tapered roller bearing is taken as an object,the Kriging model of maximum value of contact stress between tapered roller and its track is established by taking the randomness of actual load on bearing into consideration,in which the maximum value of the normal contact stress is taken as the response value and the convexity magnitude is taken as the design variable.On this basis,the Kriging model is taken as the objective function to construct the optimization model of the convexity magnitude of the roller.Then the optimized convexity magnitude is sought by using the multi-island genetic algorithm.The result shows that,compared with the traditional optimization method,the maximum value of the contact stress between the generatrix of tapered roller and its track can be reduced remarkably with the optimized convexity magnitude.
