摘　　要：侗族习惯法作为中华民族传统文化中的一个组成部分,必然受中国传统的和平文化思想的影响。因此,从侗民族的形成入手,分别从传统文化的影响、特殊生存环境下的选择以及自身发展的需要等三方面分析了侗族习惯法中和平理念形成的因素,以期为研究少数民族和平文化发展提供参考。The Customary Law of the Kam People is affected by Chinese traditional peace culture thought as a part of the traditional culture of the Chinese nation.Therefore,we study the formation of the dong nationality and analyze the formation factors of peace concept in of the Kam People＇s customary law on the influence of traditional culture,the choice in special living environment and their own needs for development in the paper. We hope to provide some reference for the study on development of ethnic minorities＇peace culture.
