摘　　要：地方本科院校应用型人才培养是国家人才培养战略调整的重要举措,是教育在社会经济发展中方式转换和结构调整的必然选择。"一体两翼四驱动"的工科专业建设,在人才培养理念创新、人才培养方案修订、研究性课程教学改革、实践教学新体系建立、项目化实验实训、校园文化活动实践、校企合作和服务地方、教学质量监控保障体系等方面开展研究与实践,探索了一条地方本科院校工科应用型人才培养的有效途径。Applied talent-cultivating model of local universities is an important measure of the strategic adjustment of the national personnel training.It is the inevitable choice of education in socio-economic development mode transformation and restructuring. ＂One system two wings four motivations＂model aims to improve engineering specialty and innovate talentcultivating concept,revise cultivating projects of professionals,reform curriculum research teaching and establish new practical teaching system.The authors of this paper explore project-based experiments and training,cultural activities in campus,school-enterprise cooperation and serving local economy,teaching quality monitoring security system and an effective way to improve the applied talent-cultivating engineering of local universities.
