摘 要:目的以大鼠为模型,研究雾化吸入痰热清与喜炎平注射液后,动物的行为及呼吸道各组织形态学结构的变化。方法SD雄性大鼠20只,随机平均分成5组(生理盐水组,痰热清高、低浓度组,喜炎平高、低浓度组),各组连续给药7 d,每次给药后观察大鼠的行为活动变化。于第8天取口腔黏膜、鼻中隔粘膜、气管、左肺,制备石蜡切片,HE染色,观察形态学结构变化。结果两个高浓度组大鼠的鼻腔、眼部出血次数多于生理盐水组和对应的低浓度组(P<0.05),且两个低浓度组大鼠的鼻腔出血次数多于生理盐水组(P<0.05)。给药组大鼠肺部有轻微水肿,颜色加深。切片观察可见给药组较对照组病变明显,且高浓度组比低浓度组更严重。结论两种中药注射液雾化吸入给药后,在大鼠整体行为活动和病理切片方面均显示出显著的刺激性。Objective To study the changes in behavior and morphology structure of respiratory tract of rats after aerosol inhalation of tanreqing and xiyanping injection.Methods Twenty male adult SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups(normal saline group,high and low concentration of tanreqing groups,high and low concentration of xiyanping groups).The behavior of rats was observed after aerosol inhalation.The rats were put to death,and the mouth mucosa,nasal septum mucosa,trachea and left lung were taken to produce pathological sections at 8th day after administration.Results The frequency of nasal and ocular bleeding of the high concentration groups in rats was higher than those of normal saline group and the low concentration groups(P〈0.05),and the frequency of the low concentration groups was higher than that of normal saline group(P〈0.05).The pulmonary edema,with slight color burn,was observed in the rats of medication groups.Sliced observation showed that lesions in medication groups were more obvious than those of normal saline group,and lesions in high concentration groups were more serious than those of low concentration groups.Conclusion Aerosol inhalation administration of tanreqing and xiyanping is irritating in the overall behavior activity and pathological sections of rats.
