摘　　要：目的探讨软聚硅酮结合前列地尔对动脉性下肢溃疡的治疗效果。方法研究对象为我院2013年1月至2015年7月经多普勒彩超确诊的下肢动脉硬化闭塞患者90例,采用随机分组方法分为2组,试验组40例,给予软聚硅酮结合前列地尔进行治疗,对照组50例,使用传统纱布结合前列地尔进行治疗。观察两组的疼痛评分及治疗效果。结果试验组患者的愈合时间明显短于对照组[(24.73±5.82)d vs.(31.82±6.08)d,P<0.05];试验组患者疼痛评分明显降低,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(1.95±0.75 vs 2.84±1.14,P<0.05)。结论软聚硅酮结合前列地尔治疗动脉性下肢溃疡,能有效缩短愈合时间,并减少换药疼痛。Objective To explore the effect of soft silicone combined with alprostadil in the treatment of arterial lower limb ulcers.Methods Ninety patients with arteriosclerosis occlusion of lower limbs in our hospital from January 2013 to July 2015 were chosen and divided into two groups randomly.Forty cases in experimental group were given soft silicone combined with alprostadil,while 50 cases in control group received normal gauze combined with alprostadil.Results The healing time in experimental group was shorter than that of control group with significant difference：（24.73 ± 5.82）d vs.（31.82 ± 6.08）d,P〈0.05.The pain score in experimental group decreased significantly,and there was significant difference between experimental group and control group（1.95 ± 0.75 vs.2.84 ±1.14,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Soft silicone combined with alprostadilcan effectively shorten the healing timeof patients with arterial lower limb ulcers,and reduce the pain during dressing change.
