中药热奄包联合场效应治疗仪治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效观察与护理干预

摘　　要：目的观察中药热奄包联合场效应治疗仪治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效。方法将104例KOA患者随机分为2组。对照组52例,予西医常规治疗;治疗组52例,在对照组基础上加用中药热奄包联合场效应治疗仪治疗。2组治疗期间均予相应的护理干预。均治疗3个疗程后比较疗效,并采用西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)评分评估治疗前后患者膝关节功能改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率90.38%,对照组总有效率76.92%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后WOMAC评分与本组治疗前比较均明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后较对照组降低更明显(P<0.05)。结论中药热奄包联合场效应治疗仪治疗KOA可明显提高临床疗效,降低WOMAC评分,改善膝关节功能,减轻疼痛,改善膝关节活动度,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical effects of traditional Chinese medicine REYANBAO combined with field effect apparatus on knee osteoarthritis（ KOA）. Methods 104 subjects with KOA were randomly divided into two groups. 52 subjects in control group were treated by western routine treatment. 52 subjects in treatment group were treated by traditional Chinese medicine REYANBAO combined with field effect apparatus on the basis of control group treatment. Subjects in two groups were received corresponding nursing intervention. The curative effects in two groups were compared after three courses. The functions of the knee joints before and after treatment were evaluated by Reliability of Western Ontario and Mc Master University Osteoarthritis Index（ WOMAC）. Results The total effective rate in treatment group（ 90. 38%） was superior to that in control group（ 76. 92%,P〈0. 05）. The WOMAC after treatment were decreased in two groups（ P〈0. 05）,and the decrease in treatment group was more obvious than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine REYANBAO combined with field effect apparatus has exact effects on knee osteoarthritis,significantly increase clinical effect,decrease WOMAC score,and improve the function and activity of knee,alleviating pain,enhance quality of life.
