高强度自乳化型双组分水固化聚氨酯防水涂料的研制

摘　　要：采用磺酸基聚酯多元醇做亲水扩链剂,制备了高强度自乳化型水固化聚氨酯防水涂料;讨论了预聚体中—NCO含量、扩链剂用量和用水量对涂料性能的影响,结果表明,当预聚体中—NCO含量为4.0%～5.5%、扩链剂用量为1.5%～2.0%、用水量在10%～20%时,制得的聚氨酯防水涂料的综合性能较好。High strength self-emulsifying water curing polyurethane waterproofing coating was prepared using sulfonic acid based polyester polyol as hydrophilic chain extender. This article discussed influences of content of —NCO in pre polymer,dosages of chain extender and water on performance of the coating. Results showed when the content of —NCO in pre polymer was 4.0% ～5.0%, dosage of chain extender was 1.5% ～2.0% and dosage of water was 10% ～20%, the obtained polyurethane waterproofing coating had good comprehensive performance.
