摘  要:目的:观察当归补血汤对^(60)Co-γ射线辐照小鼠造血功能损伤的防护作用。方法:将健康SPF级昆明种雄性小鼠随机分为5组(正常对照组、模型组、当归补血汤低、中、高剂量组),除正常对照组外,采用^(60)Co-γ射线辐射各组小鼠建立急性辐射损伤模型,测定各组小鼠外周血平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)、骨髓有核细胞数(BMC)、骨髓细胞DNA含量,并在光镜下观察小鼠骨髓组织形态学变化。结果:受^(60)Co-γ射线照射后,小鼠MCHC、BMC、骨髓细胞DNA含量均明显减少,骨髓组织形态变化明显。低、中、高剂量当归补血汤均可提高辐射损伤后小鼠MCHC、BMC及骨髓细胞DNA含量,促进辐照小鼠骨髓造血组织损伤的恢复,且高、中剂量当归补血汤对其造血系统的保护作用效果更明显。结论:当归补血汤对辐射小鼠造血系统的损伤有保护和促修复作用,且与剂量相关。Objective: To observe the protective effects of Danggui Buxue Decoction (当归补血汤, DGBXD) on 60^Co-γ, ray radiation injury of hematopoletic function in mice. Methods: The SPF level of healthy male Kunming mice were randomly divided into 5 groups (the normal control group, model group, DGBXD of the low, middle and high dose groups). The acute radiation injury model was established by 60^Co-γ ray except for normal control group. The peripheral blood mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration (MCHC) in mice, bone marrow nuclear cells (BMC), bone marrow cell DNA content, and the morphological changes of bone marrow tissues were observed under the light microscope. Results: By 60^Co-γ ray irradiation, MCHC, BMC, and the bone marrow cell DNA content were significantly reduced, and the bone marrow tissue was changed obviously. DGBXD of the low, middle and high dose groups can improve the radiation injury mice MCHC, BMC and the number of bone marrow DNA content. DGBXD can also promote the recovery of the radiation damage of mouse bone marrow hematopoietic tissue. Moreover, the high, middle doses of DGBXD on hematopoietic system of the protective effects are more obvious. Conclusion: The DGBXD have the effects of protection and repairtion on hematopoietic system in irradiated mice, and the effects were related to the dose.
