摘　　要：本文就蟾毒灵对肝癌、肺癌、肠癌、胃癌、妇科肿瘤、胰腺癌、前列腺癌等多种肿瘤的抗肿瘤作用分子机制的研究进展进行系统综述,以期为蟾毒灵进一步的研究及扩大临床运用提供参考。认为蟾毒灵可以抑制多种实体肿瘤细胞增殖,诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡,促进肿瘤细胞分化,逆转肿瘤耐药,干扰细胞生长周期等。The author summarized the research progress on molecular mechanism of bufalin on common cancers including liver cancer, lung cancer, colon cancer, stomach cancer, gynecological cancer, pancreatic cancer, and prostate cancer, to provide a reference to further research and expand clinical application about bufalin. It considers that bufalin can inhibit the proliferation of a variety of solid tumor cell, induce apoptosis of tumor cells, promote tumor cell differentiation, reverse tumor drug resistance, and interfere with cell growth cycle and so on.
