中医院校各专业间心理健康及职业自我效能状况对比分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨不同专业医学生的职业自我效能及心理状况以及它们之间的相互关系。方法:采用职业自我效能量表与SCL-90量表对某中医学本科院校的510名大学生进行研究。结果:各医学相关专业之间职业自我效能感仅在自我评价维度上存在明显差异(P<0.05),其余均无明显差异,中医学专业自我评价因子得分高于护理学专业。各专业SCL-90量表得分除在敌对因子上有差别外(P<0.05),其余均无差异。SCL-90各因子得分均与职业自我效能各因子得分呈负相关。结论:不同医学相关专业之间的职业效能感与心理健康水平之间具有一定的差别,良好的心理健康水平有利于提升职业自我效能感。Objective： To find out the fact about psychological well-being and career decision-making self- efficacy among different medical majors and to explore the correlation between them. Methods： A total of 510 medical university students were investigated by using Career Decision-making Self-efficacy Scale （CDMSE-R） and the self-reporting inventory （SCL-90）. Results： There were significant differences on the self-efficacy of career decision-making about self-evaluation （P〈0.05）. The item of self-evaluation in traditional Chinese medicine specialty was significantly scored higher than that of the major of nursing. There were significant differences on the score of hostile factor among different medical majors （P〈0.05）. Correlation analysis showed that psychological well-being and career decision-making self-efficacy was negative correlated. Conclusion： There are significant differences on the psychological well-being and career decision-making self-efficacy among different medical majors. Good psychological well-being level was helpful to improve career decision-making self-efficacy of medical students.
