基于突发公共卫生事件健康素养的综合评价

摘　　要：目的:通过对突发公共卫生事件健康素养的现状进行调查,分析基于突发公共卫生事件居民健康素养的现状,并进行综合评价,从而为居民健康素养的提高提供相关的建议和意见。方法:通过专家咨询法设计调查问卷,进行问卷调查,利用SPSS进行数据录入和分析。结果:知识性健康素养1.2131,行为性健康素养0.8340,信念性健康素0.8574,功能性健康素养1.0680。不同人口学特征居民的健康素养不同。结论:居民的高知识性健康素养水平是居民行为性健康素养水平提高的基础,居民的高功能性健康素养水平是居民行为实施的有力保证。可通过提高居民的教育程度、增加家庭收入、开展健康教育、加大对健康素养的宣传力度等举措促进居民健康素养水平的提高。Objective： Through investigating the current situation of public health emergencies of health literacy and analyzing the status quo based on public health emergencies residents＇ health literacy, to improve population health literacy provide suggestions and opinions. Methods： Through designing questionnaire by expert consultation, SPSS was used to entry and analyze data. Results： Knowledge of health literacy accounts 1.2131, behavioral health literacy accounts 0.8340, conviction of health literacy accounts 0.8574, and functional health literacy accounts 1.0680. Different demographic characteristics of residents have health literacy different. Conclusion： High level of knowledge of health literacy is foundation of behavioral health literacy, high level of functional health literacy of residents is a powerful guarantee acts performed by residents. We can promote residents＇ health literacy by improving education level of residents, increasing household income, health education, increasing health literacy promotion efforts and other initiatives.
