自助垂直牵引整复联合复元活血汤加减治疗单纯胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察自助垂直牵引整复联合复元活血汤治疗加减单纯胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床疗效。方法:将84例单纯腰椎压缩性骨折患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组42例,对照组行自助垂直牵引整复治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上配合复元活血汤加减治疗。连续治疗1个月后观察两组患者临床疗效、疼痛定量改善情况(采取视觉模拟疼痛评分,VAS)及患者生活质量(采用SF-36评估表)改善等指标。结果:治疗组临床总有效率为88.1%,对照组临床总有效率为71.4%,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者生活质量均较治疗前提高,且治疗组患者生活质量改善情况优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者VAS评分治疗后均降低,且治疗组下降更为明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自助垂直牵引整复联合复元活血汤加减治疗单纯胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者临床疗效确定,可有效提高患者生活质量,减轻患者疼痛不适感。Objective： To study the clinical effects of self-help vertical traction reduction combined with decoction for promoting blood circulation in the treatment of simple lumbar vertebral compression fractures. Methods： The 84 cases of patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, namely the control group and the treatment group, each group had 42 cases. The control group received self-help vertical traction reduction treatment; while the treatment group was additional given decoction for promoting blood circulation. After 1 month, the clinical efficacy and pain of the 2 groups, and the quality of life （VAS） and the quality of life （SF-36） were observed. Results： The clinical total effective rate was 88.1% in treatment group and 71.4% in control group, the treatment group was better than the control group （P〈0.05）. The quality of life of two groups both improved, and the treatment group was better compared with that in control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The VAS scores of the two groups both decreased, and the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the enntrnl group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Self-help vertical traction reduction combined with decoction for promoting blood circulation has good effect on simple lumbar vertebral compression fractures, and it can effectively improve the quality of life of patients, reduce the pain of patients.
