摘　　要：总结了近5年针刺手法对机体产生的影响的实验和临床研究情况。认为针刺手法能从以上各方面对正常状态下或病理状态下的机体产生方向上和程度上都不同的影响,且对病理状态下的机体的症状起改善作用。The article reviewed the experiments and situation of the clinical researches in the latest 5 years. The conclusion is that the manipulation of acupunctures can affect subjects under both physiological and pathological conditions （including directions and degree） meanwhile decrease the pathological symptoms, and different acupuncture manipulations are able to make different impacts （include directions and degree） on either normal state or pathological condition of the subject, conditioned subjects.
