中医推拿对早期外吹乳痈的护理效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中医推拿对早期外吹乳痈的护理效果。方法:选择80名早期外吹乳痈患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组各40例,治疗组采用中医推拿结合肌腱线疏通的方法进行干预,对照组采用抗生素进行干预,疗程均为5天。观察两组的症状体征积分改善情况、治疗效果及1月后的复发率和母乳喂养率。结果:治疗组症状体征积分明显降低,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组疗效结果比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);一月后两组复发率比较无明显差异(P>0.05),母乳喂养率治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医推拿对早期外吹乳痈有着较好疗效,且优于抗生素治疗,其对于维持和促进母乳喂养有着积极意义。Objective： To observe the nursing effects of Tuina on the early stage of acute postpartum mastitis. Methods： The 80 patients with the early stage of acute postpartum mastitis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 40 cases of each group. The treatment group was treated with Tuina combined with tendon suture; the control group was treated with antibiotics, 5 days for a course of treatment. Observe the curative effects of the two groups, and the recurrence rate and the rate of breast feeding after one month. Results： The symptoms and signs points both decreased in the treatment group, and it has statistical difference （P〈0.05）. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than the control group （P〈0.05）; After one month, there was no significant difference in recurrence rate between the two groups （P〉 0.05）, the rate of breast feeding in treatment group was better than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Tuina has good curative effects on the early stage of acute postpartum mastitis, and better than antibiotic therapy, it has a positive significance to maintain and promote breast feeding.
