热毒宁注射液联合注射用阿莫西林克拉维酸钾治疗小儿扁桃体发炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨热毒宁注射液联合注射用阿莫西林克拉维酸钾治疗小儿扁桃体发炎的临床疗效。方法:收集我院收治的扁桃体炎患儿80例,根据用药不同分为对照组和实验组,每组各40例,分别给予相应的药物治疗,治疗结束后,对所有患儿的白细胞水平以及各症状恢复情况进行检测。结果:与对照组相比,实验组患儿各指标改善较为显著,具体表现为:1实验组患者的白细胞水平下降较为显著(P<0.05);2实验组患者的白细胞水平恢复时间较短(P<0.05);3实验组咽痛及扁桃体肿大评分下降较为显著(P<0.05);4实验组患者的咽痛、扁桃体肿大恢复时间以及退热时间较短(P<0.05)。结论:热毒宁注射液联合注射用阿莫西林克拉维酸钾能够显著、快速改善小儿扁桃体发炎的各种临床症状,值得临床推广。Objective：To investigate the effect on the inflammation of children’s amygdala by amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium injection combined with Reduning Injection. Methods：80 cases of children with the amygdala in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and experiment group,40 cases in each group were treated with the corresponding drugs. The white blood cell level and the symptoms were detected and compared after treatment. Results：Compared with the control group,each index of the patients in the experimental group improved more significantly（P〈0.05）,the specific performance：decreased levels of white blood cells of the patients in the experimental group is significant（P〈0.05）. The patients in the experimental group the levels of white blood cell recovery time shorter（P〈0.05）;experimental group sore throat and tonsils are swollen big score decreased more significantly（P〈0.05）;patients in the experimental group of sore throat,swollen tonsils reply time and cooling time shorter（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：ReduningInjection combined with amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium injection can significantly,rapid improvement of various clinical symptoms in children with tonsil inflammation,worthy of clinical promotion.
