摘 要:目的:探讨胸部CT反晕轮征(RHS)在肺部疾病诊断和鉴别诊断的价值。方法:回顾性分析了胸部CT有反晕轮征32例患者的临床表现、胸部CT特征和最后诊断。结果:非感染性肺部疾病21例:肺腺癌9例,机化性肺炎5例(隐源性机化性肺炎4例,非典型病原体感染后机化性肺炎1例),肺栓塞2例,韦氏肉芽肿1例,肺嗜酸性粒细胞肺炎1例,肺癌射频治疗后1例,肺癌放疗后1例,干燥综合征1例。感染性肺部疾病11例:肺结核7例,肺侵袭性真菌病4例。单个肺部病灶的9例(28.1%),多发性肺部病灶23例(71.9%)。结论:RHS可见于多种肺部疾病,在肺部疾病的诊断中不具有特征性。Objective: To evaluate the value of reversed halo sign( RHS) in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of lung diseases by chest CT. Methods: Clinical manifestation,thoracic CT features and the final diagnosis of 32 patients with reversed halo sign of chest CT had been analyzed retrospectively. Results: There were 21 cases of non-infectious pulmonary diseases: 9 cases of lung adenocarcinoma,5 organizing pneumonia( 4 cases of cryptogenic organizing pneumonia and 1 case of atypical organizing pneumonia by pathogen infection),2 pulmonary embolism,1 pulmonary Wegener granuloma,1 pulmonary eosinophilia pneumonia,1 radiofrequency treatment after lung cancer,1 radiotherapy after lung cancer and 1 sjogren's syndrome. There were 11 cases of infectious pulmonary diseases: 7 cases of tuberculosis and 4 pulmonary invasive fungal diseases. There were 9 cases of single lung lesions( 28. 1%) and 23 cases of multiple pulmonary lesions( 71. 9%). Conclusion: RHS can be found in many kinds of lung diseases and it has no characteristic in the diagnosis of lung diseases.
