中西药结合治疗急性椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医结合疗法对急性椎-基底动脉供血不足型眩晕症患者血流速度、氧化应激产物及临床疗效影响研究。方法:选取我院收入急性椎-基底动脉供血不足型眩晕患者200例,根据就诊的先后顺序随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组100例,予以对照组患者静脉滴注长春西汀联合口服尼莫地平;在对照组的基础上予以治疗组补阳还五汤;治疗结束后比较两组患者的血流速度、氧化应激产物及临床疗效。结果:与治疗前比较,两组患者平均血流速度降低(P<0.05)、血清SOD水平上升、MDA水平均水平下降(P<0.05),眩晕症状得到改善;与对照组相比,治疗组平均血流速度较低(P<0.05),治疗组患者血清SOD水平较高、MDA水平较低(P<0.05),总有效率较高(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合疗法有效缓解急性椎-基底动脉供血不足眩晕患者的眩晕症状,推测其机制与改善患者脑供血循环、降低氧化应激产物有关。Objective：To investigate the clinical research on the treatment of acute vertebral basilar arterial insufficiency vertigo by Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine. Methods：200 vertigo patients with vertebral basilar artery insufficiency from our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control gorup and the experiment group by order of medical treatment and 100 cases in each group.The control group were treated by Intravenous infusion of Changchun cefoxitin combined with oral nimodipine and the experiment group were treated on the base of the buyang huanwu decoction.The blood flow velocity,oxidative stress products and clinical effects were compared after treatment. Results：Compared with before treatment,the mean blood flow velocity were lower（P〈0.05）,the serum SOD level were higher（P〈0.05）,the MDA level were lower（P〈0.05）,the vertigo symptoms were better（P〈0.05）.Compared with the control group,the mean blood flow velocity were lower（P〈0.05）,the serum SOD level were higher（P〈0.05）,the MDA level were lower（P〈0.05）,the total efficiency were higher（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Combined Chinese and Western medicine therapy can effectively relieve the symptoms of vertigo in patients with acute vertebral basilar artery insufficiency,and it is speculated that the mechanism and the improvement of cerebral blood circulation and reduce the oxidative stress products.
