生脉散的现代药理及作用机制研究进展

摘　　要：近年来心脑血管疾病和糖尿病的发病率居高不下,并有逐渐上升和年轻化的趋势,严重危害人类健康。大量的动物实验和临床应用表明生脉散对心脑血管疾病、糖尿病及其并发症以及多种原因所致的休克等有良好的治疗效果,具有广泛的临床应用价值。查阅国内外相关文献,对生脉散的现代药理及作用机制研究进展进行综述,为该方的现代化研究和拓宽其临床应用提供参考。In recent years,the incidence of cardiovascular diseases and diabetes mellitus remains high,and have gradually increased and the patients are becoming younger,causing serious harm to human health. A large number of animal experiments and clinical applications indicate that Shengmai powder with extensive value in applications due to its significant effects on treatment cardiovascular diseases,diabetes and its complications,and shock caused by a variety of reasons. In this paper,the research progress on modern pharmacology and mechanism of actions of Shengmai powder are reviewed according to various domestic and abroad literatures,providing the scientific basis for its modernization research and broaden the clinical application of Shengmai powder.
