摘　　要：为了实现土地的适度规模经营,土地流转规模不断扩大,但是在土地流转过程中农民作为弱势方,其权益得不到保障。在保障农民权益的视角下,简要介绍我国主要的土地流转模式,根据实际调研数据,从定量的角度,构建指标评价体系,评价其绩效,并提出优化建议。In order to achieve the appropriate scale management of land,the land transfer have been expanding.in the land transfer process, farmers, as the weak side, the farmers＇ rights are not protected.under the protection of farmers＇ rights perspective, This article will be a brief description of the main land transfer mode, based on actual research data, from a quantitative point of view, building evaluation index system, evaluate their performance and optimization proposal.
