摘 要:目的为了解四川地区动物源大肠杆菌临床分离菌株耐药性,产β-内酰胺酶以及产酶菌株血清型流行规律。方法采用微量肉汤稀释法对467株临床菌株进行了27种抗菌药物的耐药性检测;采用CLSI推荐产ESBLs、AmpC和碳青霉烯酶检测方法检测了所有菌株产β-内酰胺酶情况;采用O抗原鉴定法对产酶菌株血清型进行了鉴定。结果 467株菌对27种抗生素产生了不同程度耐药性;菌株产ESBLs、AmpC和碳青霉烯酶检出率分别为36.83%、13.70%和0.00%,产酶菌比非产酶菌具有更严重的耐药性;176株产酶菌共检测出31种血清型,以O131、O107、O78、O9、O127、O20和O157为优势血清型。结论本次检测大肠杆菌ESBLs和AmpC检出率较高,耐药形势严重,血清型复杂,应加强动物源大肠杆菌产β-内酰胺酶及血清型的监测。We investigated epidemiological characteristics of resistance,β-lactamase-producing and serotype of E.coli isolates in animals.Broth microdilution method was used to detect antimicrobial resistance;ESBLs,AmpC and carbapenemase production tests were performed on all isolates;O-antigen identification method was used to detect the serotypes ofβ-lactamase positive strains.The 467 isolates indicated different resistance to bothβ-lactam and nonβ-lactam;ESBLs,AmpC and carbapenemase were detected with the rates of 36.83%,13.70% and 0.00%,respectively.β-lactamase positive isolates showed more serious resistance than negative isolates;176β-lactamase positive isolates belonged to 31 serotype and the major epidemic serotype were O131,O107,O78,O9,O127,O20 and O157.The detection rate of ESBLs and AmpC was high in the isolates tested,the antibiotic resistance situation was serious,and the serotype ofβ-lactamase positive isolates was diversified,the surveillance ofβ-lactamase-producing and serotype of E.coli must be reinforced.
