旅游型海岛公众对争议性重大事件影响的感知研究——以福建省东山岛为例

摘　　要：以旅游型海岛东山岛为例,通过实地访谈与问卷设计调研,研究公众(居民和游客)对PX项目重大事件影响的感知态度。结果显示:公众认同PX项目工厂的建设和生产会对东山岛的生态环境、旅游经济、社会文化产生负面影响;居民和游客的感知存在显著的差异,主要表现在生态环境影响方面;PX项目信息的封闭和经济补偿是造成居民和游客感知差异的重要原因;并提出政府应当及时公开PX工厂建设、生产和运营信息,建立环境补偿机制,加强旅游安全形象宣传等建议。The paper takes the Tourist island of Dongshan as a case, through field interviews and questionnaire design research, studying the influences of PX project events impacting on the attitude of the public perception. The results show： public recognition of the PX plant construction and production project will have negative impact on ecological environment, tourism economic, social and cultural in Dongshan Island; there are significant differences in the perception of residents and visitors, mainly in the ecological environmental impact; PX project information closure and financial compensation is an important cause of differences in perception of residents and visitors; and it proposes that the government should promptly disclose PX plant construction, production and operational information, establish an environmental compensation mechanism, and strengthen the imane of tourism safety publicity.
