基于旅游地意象的临安市民宿发展研究

摘　　要：通过网络评价研究临安旅游地意象。利用去哪儿网站收集网友点评,按照设定条件筛选得到临安乡村旅游过夜游客的302条点评。然后运用质性研究的文本分析法,得出游客对临安旅游地意象的感知。研究发现,较多游客喜欢临安山水景观,但普遍认为乡村旅游住宿设施不能令人满意。本文对临安民宿市场定位、基本原则、发展布局、保障体系等方面提出建议。This article research the Linan tourism destination image by analyzing the 302 tourist s＇ network comments on Linan rural tourism which are collected from www.qunar.com according to the set conditions. Then the research analyzes the Linan tourism destination perception image by means of the text analysis of qualitative research. The research shows that most tourists like Linan landscape, but not satisfied with the accommodation. Suggestions are given that the high-end landscape home stay should be developed vigorously in Linan.
