摘 要:为研究间伐和修枝对杉木人工林土壤微生物群落结构的影响,分析间伐和修枝对土壤微生物量碳、全碳和(C)和全氮(N)及土壤微生物群落结构。结果表明:间伐和修枝使人工杉木林土壤微生物量碳含量均显著减小(P<0.05);间伐使杉木人工林土壤全碳(C)和全氮(N)含量降低,而修枝则增加土壤全碳(C)和全氮(N)含量,且间伐对土壤全碳(C)和全氮(N)含量的影响较大;间伐对土壤细菌、革兰氏阳性菌数量的影响极显著(P<0.01),对放线菌数量及微生物总数的影响显著(P<0.05),修枝对土壤细菌和真菌数量的影响显著(P<0.05)。Studying on thinning and pruning effect on soil microbial community structure of Chinese fir plantations, thinning and pruning analysis on the of soil microbial biomass carbon, and total carbon(c) and nitrogen(n) and soil microbial community structure. Results showed that: cutting and pruning of Chinese fir plantations soil microbial volume carbon content are significantly reduced(P〈0.05); cutting makes fir plantation soil full carbon(c) and full nitrogen(n) content reduced, and pruning is increased soil full carbon(c) and full nitrogen(n) content, and between cutting on soil full carbon(c) and full nitrogen(n) content of effect larger; between cutting on soil bacteria, and leather Blue's positive bacteria number of effect very significantly(P〈0.01), on Actinomycetes number and the microbial total of effect significantly(P〈0.05), pruning on the influence of soil bacteria and fungi(P〈0.05).
