摘  要:本文通过合成封闭型聚氨酯预聚体(BPUP)对MUF树脂进行共混改性处理,研究了-NCO/-OH(R值)及预聚体添加量对共混胶粘剂胶合性能的影响;并探讨了基材含水率对共混胶粘剂润湿性的影响规律。结果表明:随着R值增加,共混胶粘剂的粘度、p H值和干湿强度均呈增加趋势,接触角整体呈下降趋势;随着BPUP添加量增加,共混胶粘剂的干、湿胶合强度和木破率明显提高;随着基材含水率的增加,初接触角减小,平衡接触角增大,胶粘剂在基材表面的扩散-渗透速率降低,润湿性减弱。The properties of modified MUF with blocked polyurethane prepolymer addition was investigated to study the influence of R value and different addition amount of BPUP on bonding performance while get the wettability of modified adhesive in different moisture content condition. The results showed that with the increasing R value, the viscosity, p H and dry/wet strength got a certain degree of increase while the contact angle presented the decreasing tendency. With the increasing addition of BPUP, a considerable improvement of blending adhesive in dry/wet strength was discovered. With the increase of moisture content, the smaller the initial contact angle was found while the bigger the balance contact angle was discovered. And the diffusion- penetration rate of modified MUF on the surface of the materials was reduced.
