摘　　要：农地金融作为破解农村资金短缺难题的有效途径,近年来引起了国内外学者们的普遍关注。文章首先对国外学者们研究农地金融的历程进行了梳理,进而利用文献对比法,系统分析了国内学者在我国农地金融面临的困境和突破途径等焦点问题上的不同见解,最后指出了研究的不足,提出了相应的建议,以期为我国农地金融的发展有所贡献。As an effective way to solve rural fund shortage problem, farmland finance caused the widespread attention of scholars both at home and abroad in recent years. Firstly, this paper sorted out the foreign scholars＇ research process on farmland finance;then using the method of literature comparison, systematically analyzed different opinions of the focus issues, such as the plight of the farmland finance faced by domestic scholars in our country and breakthrough approaches of it ;finally this paper pointed out the deficiency of the research, and put forward the corresponding suggestions in order to contribute to the development of the rural land finance in our country.
