第三军医大学新桥医院2006-2015年国家自然科学基金申请与资助情况分析  

Analysis of application and funding of National Natural Science Foundation of China in Xinqiao Hospital of the Third Military Medical University from 2006 to 2015

摘　　要：目的科学评估新桥医院近十年国家自然科学基金科研项目发展情况,以期不断总结经验,提高国家自然科学基金组织管理水平,提升医院综合科技竞争力。方法以新桥医院2006-2015年申请与获批国家自然科学基金数据库为基础,对近十年来所获资助项目数、资助经费、资助类别、专业分布,获资助人员职称、学位、年龄和性别等情况进行分析。结果近十年,新桥医院申请和获资助国家自然科学基金数稳步增加,项目负责人以中级及以上职称为主（88.35%）,大多数具有博士学位（73.30%）,年龄上以30-40岁为主（50.56%）,且男性专家居多（72.44%）。结论新桥医院紧紧抓住国家不断加大对基础科研投入的机遇,积极融入国家科技创新体系,在不断优化科研平台条件、完善管理制度,全力调动全院人员科研积极性的同时,狠抓科研过程管理,扭住SCI论文这一核心指标,夯实工作基础、确保了课题完成质量,并推动了科研工作的良性可持续发展。Objective To assess the development of application and funding of the National Natural Science Foundation of China（ NSFC） in Xinqiao Hospital for nearly a decade,with a view to constantly sum up experience and improve the organization and management levels on NSFC projects, enhance hospital comprehensive scientific and technological competitiveness. Methods Based on the application and funding of the National Natural Science Foundation of China-based database of Xinqiao Hospital from 2006 to 2015,it was systematically analyzed that the number of funded projects,funding category,grants,professional distribution,degree,age and gender for nearly a decade. Results The number of application and funding of the National Natural Science Foundation of China in Xinqiao Hospital has steadily increased in the last decade. The Project leaders were mainly with intermediate and above titles（ 88. 35%）,most of them were doctorates（ 73. 30%）,and they were mainly 30 to 40 years old（ 50.56%）,and mostly were male experts（ 72.44%）. Conclusions In order to promote healthy and sustainable development for the hospital＇ s Science and technology work. Xinqiao Hospital has firmly grasped the opportunity of the nation＇ s increasing investment in basic research,and have been actively integrating into the national scientific and technological innovation system. We also have paid close attention to the research process management,grasped the SCI papers as the core indicators,and reinforced the scientific research basis to ensure the quality of projects in research,while constantly optimizing the conditions for scientific research platform,improving the management system,and fully mobilizing the enthusiasm of our hospital staff.
