摘　　要：文章分析了南充市汽车尾气治理现状,在分析I/M制度的作用特点及美国实施I/M制度效果的基础上;提出在I/M制度下南充市在用车排放治理措施。This paper analyzes the present situation of automobile exhaust treatment in Nanchong, based on the analysis of the characteristics of the I/M system and the effect of the implementation of the I/M system in the United States,and puts forward the measures to control the vehicle emissions in Nanchong under the I/M system.
