摘  要:城市道路空间作为城市公共空间的主体,既承担交通、管线敷设等市政功能,又是城市居民最常使用的公共活动场所。长期以来以"车本位"为主的设计思想占据主导,忽视了公共活动空间,结果形成了以私人小汽车为主,公共汽车、自行车、步行的发展受到严重阻滞的局面,对城市的可持续发展极为不利。本文在分析阿布扎比设计手册核心特点的基础上,针对我国城市道路空间设计中的主要问题进行剖析,提出了基于多元平衡需求导向的道路空间设计思路,并从安全性、用地、路权分配、空间、生态、景观、人性化和精细化7个方面对城市道路空间设计提出具体要求,基于上述分析对道路横断面设计进行了探讨,并从"以人为本"的角度对断面布置中的重要的交通要素进行分析,旨在为创建安全、便利、优美、生态、充满活力的街道提供新的设计思路。Urban road spaces, as the main urban public spaces, not only undertake the transportation,pipeline- laying and other municipal functions, but also provide the most frequently used public spaces. "Car- oriented" dominant design ideology for a long time, ignoring the public spaces, which resulting in the formation of situation dominated by private cars and the severely blocked development of buses,bicycles,walking,which is extremely unfavorable for sustainable urban development. Based on the analysis of the core features of the street design manual in Abu Dhabi,the main issues for urban road space design in China were analyzed,and the road space design ideas have been proposed based on multi-demand balancing. And seven specific requirements of urban road space design have been proposed,which including safety,land use,rights of way,space,ecology,landscape,humane and refinement. Based on the analysis of above,the road-way cross-section design were discussed,and the important traffic elements of the roadway cross-section were analyzed based on the "people-oriented" perspective,which is aimed to provide the new design ideas to create a secure,convenient,beautiful,ecologically balanced,vibrant street.
